When should I change my MouthPeace Filter?

Filters are designed to be used several times before disposing. Obviously, Filter life depends on what and how you are consuming. Certain methods of consumption and specific strains of medicine can create more dense smoke than others. Consuming medicine in large water pipes will require more frequent Filter changes than a standard hand pipe or vaporizer.

How should I store my Filters?

Filters should be kept dry and indoors, away from colder conditions. We recommend storing your Filters at room temperature. It’s possible that colder temperatures may impact the life of your Filters. For you cold climate tokers, try out our Corn Fiber Filters. They have the same great filtration properties, just without the activated carbon layer (which helps increase airflow).

Can I clean my Filter?

No. Our Filters are intended to be used until saturated and then disposed of. They should be kept dry as the frame is made of recycled paper and will fall apart if soaked in water. Also, the Filters become pretty gross after heavy use. Do not wash your MouthPeace Filter. They are designed to be used a few times before disposing. Please keep them dry.

What’s the difference between the Corn Fiber Filters and the Activated Carbon Filters?

In an effort to produce a more eco-friendly Filter, we removed the activated carbon and developed our Corn Fiber Filters, which are made with natural corn fibers. Some users say that the Corn Fiber Filters provide a more full-flavored smoke, while the Activated Carbon Filters offer a more filtered experience.

How do I insert and remove the Filter?

MouthPeaceInsert - Place a Filter disc in the MouthPeace and push down for a snug fit.Remove - Position your thumb on the outside of the MouthPeace, just below halfway down. Push in and up, and the Filter should pop out of place. MiniInsert - push a Filter into the side window and twist the silicone until it completely covers the Filter.Remove - Hold the Mini with the window facing the direction you want to eject the Filter, then bend the Mini in half. The Filter should move out of position. MicroInsert - Push the Filter into the top of the Micro sideways, then rotate horizontally until it is set in place.Remove - Hold the Micro in both hands with your thumbs on the bottom and your index and middle fingers on the top. Push up with your thumbs while pulling out with your fingers. The Filter should pop up and out of place.
