If you are an extended fam member, your reward will expire after 5 months from the time they are added to your FF Account. For Family members, your rewards will expire 10 months from the time they are added to your account. For Moose’s Pack members, you have 18 months to spend your rewards from the time they are added to your account. The more you spend on your way to becoming a member of Moose’s Pack, you get the perk of having a longer expiry period to save your rewards and accumulate them to spend on something special.
Yes, If you already have a store account with Moose Labs, you will automatically become a Filter Fam Member. You will need to make sure you are logged into your Moose Labs account to access your FF rewards.
You can earn credit onto your Filter Fam account in the following ways:
You'll get a 5% credit for every $1 spent. For example, if you spend $200 in one transaction, you will get a $10 credit added to your FF account.
By referring friends to join FF Rewards. If they join and place an order, you'll both get either $5 or $10 added to your PM Passes, depending on your status.
